Degree Duration: How Long Does It Take to Study Medicine in Spain?

In Spain, completing a medical program takes six years of full-time study. During the first years of your studies, you will mostly focus on studying pre-clinical medicine where you will learn more about the fundamentals of medical studies in subjects such as physics, biology, physiology, basic anatomy, and you will also learn about the different processes that happen in our organ systems.

During the end of your degree you will complete your pre-clinical training, and then continue your clinical studies under the supervision of doctors.
